Rolling ropes is an amazing arm, core, & back fatloss workout and jumping is optional. You can do it with various types of ropes and you don't have to get as advanced with your movements to be able to burn fat and calories. Watch the video below to see how fun and easy it is. I tried rolling ropes with a $6 piece of rope I bought at home depot. Just practicing the basics was a great workout. I added some rolling ropes to my primal workout and it was fun and a great workout even though I'm not very good at it.
I even tried some overhead rolling but was having a difficult time getting the rope to move in a circle overhead using both hands so I just switched to one hand circles but I would love to be able to use both hands eventually.
BTW, my ropes has a bunch of knots in it from climbing workouts but they didn't seem to get in the way.
