Fatloss workout plan tips:

If you chose to kick start your fall fitness plan with the 3 week fatloss workout plan then you should be feeling a bit more energy, better endurance, and slightly stronger. If you want to boost workout productivity try eating an all protein snack right after your workout then a carb and protein snack about 2 hours later. This will help your body repair and build lean fat burning muscle faster which boosts metabolism and gets you results faster.

Five new butt and leg workouts:

We've added five new butt and leg workouts that use only the best of the best lower body moves that burn tons of calories, sculpt lean sexy legs, build a firm butt, and burn fat which minimizes cellulite. Workouts vary from 10 minutes to 30 minutes and include traditional leg moves, core moves, plyometric moves, yoga and pilates moves.

Halloween Fitness Challenge
