Enter for your chance to win two of my favorite pieces of fitness gear, the TRX Suspension Trainer and a Gymboss interval timer. The Suspension Trainer and the Gymboss are two of the most versatile pieces of fitness equipment around.

They can be used for all types of workouts including endurance, strength, core, flexibility, balance, corrective exercise, injury rehab and more.

You can also use the them with Turbulence Training Workouts, Circuit Workouts, Cardio Workouts, and Boot Camp Workouts.

Time to transition from cardio interval classes to TRX and Tabata workouts. Need a change! Spring is a new season and I need a new workout. Also love the ab workout. I prefer using a stability ball for my ab exercises. Many thanks for your excellent contributions to the fitness population.

Yep...back again. Finally was able to utilize the Mac Guyver workout...used it in 2 different Boot Classes yesterday. Kicked their rear's and they LOVED it! Had women 65 years old participating and they wanted more to! Keep 'em coming! Love your site. Am on almost daily now!!

What I've found is that one's approach to coaching, training, and life in general can never be stagnant. One must always try to improve oneself, and your approach to how you help others. Your site has provided me a great reference base to go back to and refresh my memory, find something new, or a modification that can be used for certain clients with special needs. I love my TRX

I like TRX because it is portable and possibility are endless. It is not a workout tool but it is also good for therapy. I first use it last year but it seem a little expensive. Now that I have one the possibility of exercise are limiless. I can make it a hard workout for myself or I can train someone else and make it easier.
It is a wonderful tool.
