The first chapter is an introduction to the “diet”, which in this case goes much deeper than just eating. It covers issues of attitude, everyday challenges, ambition, self-acceptance and following your passions.
The second chapter deals with the eating side of the diet. You get a very handy shopping list, which will help you to easily obtain the foods needed for the recipes that come later. This is a big help, as you don’t need to painstakingly pick the ingredients out of the individual recipes. You get a whole list of everything you need. You’ll learn which foods can harm your sexuality, and which ones can ignite it.
In the next chapter, you get an exercise plan and workouts. Some of these are not your typical gym workouts though. The emphasis is on making you feel sexy, and you’ll be introduced to tantalyzing workouts like the Striptease Workout, pole dancing and belly dancing.
The longest chapter is the one covering beauty rituals, and covers a wide range of topics. These include how to take sexy snapshots, hair care tips, a skin care system, a guide to scents and makeup as well as tanning and teeth whitening. JNL also reveals her favorite beauty products and lets you in on the real reason why men are turned on by women.
Finally, the last chapter is all about turning up the heat in the sexuality department. If your love life has been stagnant, this will show you how to inject new life into it. You’ll learn how to turn on your sexiness instantly, whenever you need it.

A few words of caution
As is usual with JNL, there are quite a few plugs for her own products and merchandise throughout the book. It’s not as bothersome or blatant as in some of her other work though.
Also, the book is geared very much towards the more glamorous, model-type lifestyle. JNL often recommends designer clothing and accessories which may not fit into everyone’s idea of the perfect lifestyle, or may not fit into your budget. These aren’t essential, but may alienate certain readers who prefer a more down to earth lifestyle. If you like to glam it up though, you’ll feel right at home.
