Rube Goldberg Fatloss Workouts

My workout yesterday consisted of 3 exercises. Today I only have to do 4. Never before have my fat loss workouts been this simple and this challenging. This is the complete opposite of what most workout plans do which is complicate things and confuse you with all kinds of gimmicks and charts and calculations.

I like to call complex workouts Rube Goldberg Fatloss. Webster’s New World Dictionary defines "Rube Goldberg as a comically involved, complicated invention, laboriously contrived to perform a simple operation" (see video below).

If your fatloss workouts feel comically involved, complicated and laborious, then you definitely suffer from Rube Goldberg Fatloss Syndrome and the only solution for that is a simple fatloss plan that just works.

Fact #1: Fatloss isn’t complicated, doesn’t have to be laborious, and shouldn’t feel like a big joke because it's so involved. It’s easy once you let go of false expectations and gimmicks.

Fact #2: When it comes to fatloss simple works better and faster. It’s not as exciting or as glamorous as Rube Goldberg Fatloss but it works without the aggravation.

A simple fatloss plan isn’t as exciting as the latest Acai or detox diet. It’s doesn’t sound as glamorous as Kim Kardashian's Fit In Your Jeans By Friday (as if), and doesn’t have as many bells and whistles as the latest Wii Fit Plus.

It also doesn’t come with fine print that says you still need to eat healthy, exercise with intensity, and adopt healthy habits for life or you won’t lose the fat permanently. That's a given on ANY workout plan.

Fact #3: Results are achieved with or without Rube Goldberg so why waste time with the laboriously contrived if you already know what works?
