Realistic Fitness Results

Trying to undo years of damage to your body in a couple of months is difficult. Fatloss and fitness can happen faster when you're doing all the right things but it's important that you're realistic about what fitness results you can accomplish in 1 or 2 months.

If you've very overweight and out of shape 2 months will get you to the point where you can workout with intensity but it won't magically transform you into a figure competitor.

If you're fit and at your ideal weight 1-2 months is all it takes to go from looking average to looking lean and sexy.

If you're injured 2 months is what it usually takes to even get back to square one.

Two months is how long it took for me to be able to go from standing to hip hang to arrow, from standing on the floor to standing on a trapeze while it's rotating in a circle.

Two months is how long it took for me to be able to hang on to the trapeze and fly in a circle with some amount of control.

Our trapeze instructor Carrie told us it took her 2 years to invert like you see me doing at the very beginning of the video below. Some people in our class were not able to do this right off the bat so they quit after the 7th week.

Two years is how long it took me to get the post pregnancy fat off!!



It takes time and patience to develop skills, change habits, and make progress. Don't expect a total body transformation overnight but do use all the smart tips, strategies, and tricks on this site to reach your goals much faster.

Remember the more realistic you are about what can be accomplished in 2 months the more likely you will be to stick to your fitness plan month after month until you finally reach your fitness and fatloss goals.
