How To Tone Thighs, Tone Abs, Tone Hips, & Lose The Fat

I'm eighteen years old and have been noticing that I have a tummy bump and weight on my hips... like love handles!

I'm 138 lbs and 5'8", and I know that I'm a normal weight, but I would like to change some of the tummy fat to muscle, especially around the tummy (abs abs abs!) and to lose the extra weight on my hips.

I also am noticing a bit of weight on my thighs so I would like to tone them as well.

Fatloss Tips & Toning Exercises That Work

Hey Kirsten

Thanks so much for posting this important question. A lot of women are under the impression that toning = fatloss when in reality the two are very different.

When you are at your ideal weight but you don't look toned all that means is that you are carrying around more bodyfat than you would like. Some women don't mind it but some women do.

The best way to burn the fat off is to do a combination of cardio and full body exercises that work together to burn fat and build lean muscle so when you finally lose the fat you are left with that lean toned look that you see in the video below.

Get started with any of the workout routines for toning and be sure to watch my two videos on that page to get a feel for how fast you need to move between exercises.
