Monica's Football Field Fat Loss Workout
10 squat thrusts at 10 yard line lunge to 50 yard line 10 squat thrusts at 50 yard line lunge to other 10 yard line 10 inverted pushups at 10 yard line side squat leading w/right foot to 50 yard line 10 inverted pushups at 50 yard line side squat leading w/left foot to other 10 yard line
take a 1-2 min. break then continue with: sandbell toss from 10 yard line as far as you can throw sprint to sandbell then drop and do 10 mountain climbers sandbell toss again as far as you can throw sprint to sandbell then drop and do 10 mountain climbers keep repeating until you get to the other 10 yard line lunge holding sandbell overhead all the way back to the other side
You can also try the TT 444 Football Field Workout which for some odd reason was not filmed on a football field but it's still awesome and hey at least Craig filmed a workout. I haven't filmed mine yet!
