Fatloss Workouts Guide turns 5 this week! So to celebrate I'm giving away a hot pink Gymboss interval timer AND a copy of my YBFF Quick Fatloss Guide. Here's what you need to do to enter to win a Gymboss or get a copy of my guide:

Gymboss Giveaway: Post in the comments below what you want most from your fitness plan in the next 4 months. Also a special thanks you to my #1 supporter Justin (my boyfriend) who was and still is the only person who believes in me and my ideas. Justin and I just celebrated 6 years together last month so he saw FWG go from nothing to what it is today. He's been my sounding board, my tech support guy, my video support guy, my hiking partner, cardio workout partner and my best friend. Thanks so much for sharing your goals. I thought I would share mine too. My goal is to be able to workout as hard as I need to without aggravating all my injuries so I can lose 5 more pounds of fat before Oct 31.

I just found out yesterday that we are moving out of the country. I always eat when I am stressed and don't find time to exercise even though it helps me and I feel better after. I need motivation to help me get through the next 4 months. I don't want to eat too much and I want to continue exercising everyday and I want shorter workouts that blast fat and build strength.

Need motivation

I want to firm up my glutes and loose a little around that area. I also want to work out my arms, chest and back muscles more so that are more defined than they are now. Want to do all this before summer starts in December.
