Exercise video demos are a great way to learn how to workout properly.
If you're looking for exercise video demos that show you how to perform an exercise, what type of exercises to do for flat abs, or a better basketball game, or for fat loss, then you know how easy they are to find on sites like you tube, expert village, and others video sites. But how do you know which "experts" are giving you solid fitness advice that you should follow? You can spend hours watching exercise videos and still not be any wiser about good form, proper intensity, creative ways to mix exercises, etc.
Below you'll find 6 exercise videos in 3 different categories that are highly searched on our site and on the internet. How to workout abs, how to up the intensity of your workout, and how to combine exercises. Each category has a great video from a knowledgeable expert or athlete who knows what they're talking about and knows what they're doing. Each category also has a totally lame video of somebody giving terrible advice and showing exercises that waste your time, can injure you, or worst make you believe this is how personal trainers actually train clients.
Here is the link to Mike Geary's Training & Nutrition Insider Secrets for a Lean Body This 65 page guide is full of practical advice on how and what to eat for fat loss, how to train and what equipment to use to build lean muscle, what type of cardio is best for burning fat, vitamin and supplement info, and so much more. When you access the page just click the upload pdf file and it's yours free. Save it, print it, read it, and most importantly follow it if you want great results.
Exercise Video Demo on How To Burn Calories and Have Fun with A Jump Rope
Here's ford model Kim Strother showing you how to have fun and get a great cardio workout with a jump rope. Don't hate her cuz she's beautiful! If you listen to her she actually gives you some great pointers and was more fun than many of the boxers or combat trainers.
Here is Ross Enamait (as you can see, not as cute as Kim) showing you how boxers jump rope. This video has no instruction but it demonstrates how a simple and inexpensive piece of equipment and the right moves can provide an excellent cardio workout. If you can learn how to jump rope like this you can blast fat much faster.
Exercise video demo on ab circuits and ab exercises
Here's Craig Ballantyne showing you how to do a killer ab circuit with various pieces of equipment you probably already have at home. Turbulence training is all about using full body moves to blast fat and get fit so you won't be wasting your time with silly crunches that get you zero results. The push-up knee-in is a super hard move that even a beginner could try without getting hurt.
Here's some guy nobody's ever heard of talking about how crunches are the best ab exercise. Yes he's got killer abs but it's not because he does tons of crunches. The guy is a bodybuilder. He lifts super heavy weight for fun and probably takes lots of supplements. Lifting heavy means he's got muscle mass. More muscle mass means more fat loss. Fat loss is what results in having great abs. Unless you're going to live the bodybuilder lifestyle then don't listen to this guy.
Exercise video demo on how to turn up the intensity for fat loss.
Here's BJ Gadour showing you the Tabata Protocol. Great instruction at the beginning explaining what to do and for how long to do it. Implement just two of these protocols (4 minutes a piece) into your workout and you'll be burning fat like crazy. It's not as easy as it looks.
Here's one of the worst examples of how to turn up the intensity and get creative with your workout. A majority of the exercises in this video are useless, poorly planned, show bad form, and can seriously injure you. Do not try any of this at home, at the gym, or outdoors!
Exercise video demo on how to combine exercises
Here is Corey showing you how to do a lunge with overhead medicine ball press. Great instruction on using good form, shows what muscles are worked, and how it's an important part of any fitness program, guys included.
Here is a terrible example of how to combine exercises. No real instruction on form, doesn't explain what muscles to engage as you do it, even worst doesn't show the lower body and what should be happening below the waist, which is very important.
