TRANSCEND your current body and do what your best body would do.  Act as if you already have the body you want.

The three most important burn fat fast tips ever that will help you get the lean toned body you want faster and without added stress or hardcore workout drama.

These tips are so effective that they have worked on all my most successful clients, the ones who thought it was not possible to lose 30, 40, even 70 pounds of stubborn fat. Most of these clients were over 50 and some were over 60.

I promise you that no diet or workout tips work better than these 3 simple tips but you have to commit to this daily. If you do you will start getting the body you want much faster.

1. BELIEVE - You have to believe that you can get the body you want. If you don't then you will constantly sabotage yourself because your mind is not aligned with your desire. Let go of old belief systems about your body and start believing that you CAN have the body you want and your actions will start aligning with your body goals. I promise you this is the most important tip you will ever learn about fatloss/fitness.

2. PERSEVERE - If you want to change your body you will have to work hard and focus on solutions not on problems. Fitness and fatloss is all about overcoming obstacles whether they be mental, physical, or emotional. We all have them and they will always be there even after you lose fat and get fit so having a perseverance mindset is key to getting a better body and maintaining your best body forever.

3. TRANSCEND - In order to transform your body you must go beyond what you think you are capable of doing. You must transcend your current mindset and physical limitations and do what your best body would do. This is what goal expert Brian Tracy (in video below) calls the Act As If Principle. Act as if you're already at your goal weight, goal body fat, goal size. It's only when you do what you've not done before that you will get the body you want!

They say that fatloss/fitness is 80% diet 20% workout or 110% effort but the truth is that getting the lean toned body you want is 100% mental!
