Body Weight Exercises Workout

I'm not using weights. I like to use my own body weight to train because I'm 5'4" tall and med build and weigh 168. I would like to get down to 140 by may 1/2009 for my wedding.

I do have large arms, so I dont want to use weights to increase shape. I know I need to decrease my weight by dieting, which I am but could you give me some exercises that I can do with my body weight only.
