Best Leg Workout + Firm Butt Circuit

The best leg workout includes 3 dynamic leg toning exercise plus 3 firm butt exercises that blast fat, tighten and tone your entire lower body and boost core strength too.

You will need a gliding disc, sand filled ball, stability ball, and lots of energy for this workout. As always there are many ways to modify this so no matter what level you are you can do it!

Best Leg Workout Option 1: Perform 8-12 reps of the first 3 exercises below back to back going from one to the next without rest. After one circuit rest for 15 seconds then repeat 2-3 more times. After your last circuit rest for 60 seconds then continue with 8-12 reps of the next 3 exercises going from one to the next without rest. Take a quick 5 seconds break then repeat 2-3 more times.

Best Leg Workout Option 2: Perform 8-12 reps of the first 6 exercises below back to back going from one to the next without rest. After one circuit rest for 60 seconds then repeat 2-3 more times.

1. Gliding Disc Reverse Lunge w/Ball Curl to Press

2. Multi-Directional Lunge w/Hop

3. Squat to Alternating Reverse Lunge w/Kick

Leg Workout Tip - Be sure to stretch for at least 5 minutes after a challnging lower body circuit. This reduces sore muscles and lowers cortisol levels produced during your workout which boosts both fatloss and recovery. Below are some quick flexibility stretches you can try. This flexibility routine takes just 6 minutes and feels great! Just 3-5 reps of mobility exercises then hold each flexibility stretch for 3-5 deep breaths.
