Best Valslide Bootcamp Exercises for Fatloss Toning & Core
Valslide exercises are awesome for fatloss, toning, and flat abs. They increase full body strength, burn tons of fat and calories, they strengthen your core, tone all your trouble zones, and they're also tons of fun.
One of the main reasons I use gliding disc exercises with my clients and in my bootcamp classes is that you can make basic exercises like lunges, mountain climbers, planks, and leg curls much more challenging without having to add weight.
Remember that adding weight isn't always the best way to progress an exercise from beginner to advanced or from simple to complex. Progressions that challenge your stability can be as challenging as increasing weight or reps or time.
