i am a working single parent of two teenagers. after looking after their requirements and going for job i get no time for gymn and even if i get, i am too dog tired. help me with some exercise with resistance bands or dumbells at home so I can drop 10 kgs

fatloss workout with resistance bands & dumbbells

Hi Kavita

I know what it's like to be in your shoes! When I first got divorced my son was 4 and I was working 3 jobs and was so tired I couldn't even think straight.

I think what helped me get through that tough time was being able to do quick workouts at home. The only equipment I had at the time was dumbbells, a resistance band, and a medicine ball.

Try the resistance band exercises workout (bottom of page). Start with a quick 3 minute warm-up that consists of jumping jacks for 20 seconds then walking in place for 10 seconds going back and forth until your 3 minutes are up. This will help boost energy levels so you can get a great workout.

Then perform 30 seconds of each exercise with little to no rest between exercises. After one big circuit repeat. Do this workout twice a week. After a couple of weeks increase to 3 circuits.

The other workout that would be great for you would be the Fatloss Circuit Workout. Start with the same warm-up above (to boost energy levels) then just follow the instructions.
